Stylish Fabric strives to satisfy our customers by providing the highest quality in apparel and home furnishing fabrics. From time to time, defects in fabrics may be found. In these cases, we strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as the defect is noticed. After 15 days from your original invoice date we will no longer consider items for return.
In order to receive a full refund, please give us a call for a confirmation. We, at Stylish Fabric, reserve the right to deny any refunds for fabrics that have been cut or altered. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed against the original form of payment. The appropriate account will be credited within two weeks time. Original shipping cost will be refunded on defective items only.
Stylish Fabric is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. However, in most cases Stylish Fabric is willing to work with the carrier to rectify the problem.
Stylish Fabric does not exchange items. We strongly suggest that you purchase a swatch of the desired fabrics for a small fee before purchasing the material.
Special Order items cannot be returned, under any circumstances.
